Real Estate is a business of relationships, trust, and giving. I am in the business of real estate because I want to make a difference in peoples lives. The best way I can make a difference is by helping you with your real estate needs.
The biggest financial decision that most people will make in their lives, is the purchase, or sale of a home, or any real estate. Where you live make a difference in how you feel. If you are living in the home of your dreams, you are more likely to feel great about your life and your accomplishments. If you are not living in the home of your dreams, maybe it is your first home, and you are feeling fantastic about the fact that you were able to accomplish what it took to make that purchase.
If it is your first home, your dream home, a rental property for investment, land, or any real estate, you want to feel that you made the best possible decision, and that is where I come into your life. I am here to help you, with all your real estate wants, needs, and dreams. The best way for me to accomplish helping you is by first, building a relationship with you.
When we start by building a relationship together, I get to understand what you are like, what you want, and how I can best serve you with my understanding of the business of real estate. When we start by building a relationship, you get to build a sense of trust in me, and my ability to get you exactly what you want.
I know that I can provide the best possible real estate representation that you will be able to find anywhere. I will find you the best property, at the best price, and the best possible terms. I know by helping you to accomplish all your real estate want, needs, and desires, that I will be helping you in a big way, and that is why I am in the real estate business.
There also has to be more in life that just what I can do to help you with your real estate. That is why I have decided to contribute 10% of my commission, from our transaction, to your favorite charitable cause.
Together we hold the seeds for change, and by taking 10% of what I earn from helping you, we can plant the seeds of change in other lives. We can help others with things that they need to help make their life better, and by helping others, we are helping ourselves.
The real estate rules and regulations make it so I can not give any money directly to an individual that does not hold a real estate license. I will be making out a check after we complete our transaction to the charity of your choice, and there is no rules that say I can not do that.
If you are wondering why I am doing this, I can tell you that it is just my way of providing further proof, that I do care about people, and I do want to make a change in every life that I come in contact with, and even those I am not directly connected to.
