Building A Real Estate Business

This article on building a real estate business, may or may not be, what most people think, when they start to think about building a real estate business. This article is going to be based on how I am building my Scottsdale AZ real estate business, and how I believe a Scottsdale AZ real estate business, or any real estate business, should be built.

When most people think about Scottsdale AZ real estate, they think about houses and commissions, buyers and sellers, and escrow, and land, and all those things. Yes, it’s true that you need all of those things and they are a part of real estate. I believe the most important part of any Scottsdale AZ real estate transaction, is usually forgotten about, and that is that everyone doing a real estate transaction is a person.

I believe that Scottsdale AZ real estate, or real estate anywhere, is just a business about building relationships. The most important part of any real estate transaction is the relationship between the Realtor and the client. If the Realtor does not understand how the client feels and thinks, or the client doesn’t have confidence that the Realtor understands what they’re feeling, then the client may not get what they actually want or need with regard to their real estate transaction.

When you start to understand and get to know a person before anything else. Then you find out how they feel about houses, how they feel about a lot of things. It is their feelings about those things, that are important when it comes to finding them the type of property that they want, or in completing any type of real estate transaction.

Let’s take for example a person buying a piece of property. The price of the piece of property or home doesn’t make any difference to me. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a $50,000 piece of land, or a $5 million Scottsdale luxury home. The main part of either transaction is the human being that has the desire to buy either.

So the main thing that needs to be understood is first, Is why do you want to buy. Then second, what are you planning on doing with the property. Third, how long are you planning on having this piece of property. Fourth, if we’re talking about a house, then you have to start figuring out whether they like one story or a two-story. Do they like, a particular kind of neighborhood, what do they like to do as far as their social life goes. Do they want to have a home close to work, or schools, or a particular area.

The most important thing is to understand is what a person wants, needs and desires, above all things. Because only then can you determine exactly what is the best piece of property for them. If you don’t get to understand and know person before you do the transaction with them, it may work for them, it may not work for them. If you’re not considering all of the questions that you need to know about a person before you do the transaction with them, then it’s just a hit and miss whether they’re going to get exactly what they want or not.

The way, I think about Scottsdale AZ real estate, is that my business is built, One client at a time, one dream at a time.
