I cannot show you much about the home, as there is not even a picture of the front of the home in the MLS. This is a picture of the family room I suppose, as
there is no description for the photo in the MLS. I do not mean to find fault with things as I feel I am the type of person that looks at the glass always half full and filling up. I just feel that when it comes to listing a property in Scottsdale, AZ, for a million dollars or more, there should be many different pictures of the property, at least one video, and the property should be marketed on as many different web sites as possible. There is only one property for sale at 4 million, near Pima & Thompson Peak Pkwy. This property is 6,711 sf, with a 700 sf guest house. There are 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a 3 car garage, heated pool and spa, and sits on a lot of 43,734sf.
