My name is James Michael Swartz, and I am the Owner/ Designated Broker for Az Realty Results L.L.C. located right here in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona. I first moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1976. I purchased my first home in Phoenix in 1978, it was new, it cost $31,900.00, and it was my first home.

I never thought that I would see the day where you could buy a home for that price again. Now, we can fast forward to today, and after the real estate boom of the 2004-2006 or so era, we are again seeing prices that are as low as they were back when I bought my first home. There is a big difference though, the interest rate was around 18% back in the late 70’s, not the 5% range we have in today’s market.

The home prices in Scottsdale are not as low as the 70’s prices, but there are some bargains on the market from time to time that are just under 100K. On the other spectrum of the market, Scottsdale is still the best place in the world to have a custom luxury home. Scottsdale Luxury homes are some of the finest homes that money can buy. The climate here is perfect for about 9 months of the year. If you like it hot, then is is perfect 12 months out of the year.

Scottsdale real estate took a hit, in prices, just like the entire world did. The prices for homes for sale in Scottsdale Arizona range from just about 100K, all the way to the current top price of 15 Million for a Custom Scottsdale Luxury Estate in Estancia.

There is on average, a home with a purchase price of 1 million or more, that sells everyday, in Scottsdale. There are 2,593 Scottsdale Arizona Houses, that are currently on the Scottsdale MLS for sale.

I live and work here in this beautiful city called Scottsdale. I have also taken a lot of time to understand my local market. I have also spent more hours than I care to count, learning all about Internet Marketing. I am currently working on completing an entire course that shows how to market real estate on the internet. The course has 4 levels of training, and covers everything in a step-by-step, paint by numbers fashion, that can be followed by anyone that knows how to turn on a computer, and check email.

I only tell you about my understanding of the internet to stress the fact that when it comes to marketing a property on the internet, there is nobody that understands how to do it better.
